SHIPPING INFORMATION

United Parcel Service (UPS) is our shipping carrier. We offer UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select and Next Day Air. In some situations, we may select an alternative shipping carrier.

 

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed by 2:00pm MST are generally shipped same day and after 2:00pm MST will be shipped next business day. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, only a physical address can be accepted. Currently, we are shipping only to U.S. addresses.

 

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout and based on package weight, zone, size and handling charge. Our default shipment offering is UPS Ground unless customer selects another option. Customer pays all shipping costs unless order qualifies for a free shipping offer.

Free shipping (Ground Service) on all orders greater than $700 before taxes. Sales tax is only charged for deliveries to addresses within the State of Idaho. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico DO NOT qualify for our free shipping offer.

Products purchased from Performance Locks and Hardware, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Thus, the title and risk of loss for items purchased from Performance Lock and Hardware, Inc. pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Claims for shortages must be made within 7 days from the date of material receipt.
