Returns and Warranty Policies
Returns Policy:
Returns will only be accepted with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Request a RMA form via email to service@performancelocks.com
>Customer must complete and sign RMA Request Form.
>RMA# will be issued by Performance Locks & Hardware, Inc. (hereafter “PLH”) upon approval of the RMA Request.
>Products may only be returned within 90 days of invoice date.
>Customer must pre-pay freight on all returns except for any defective items.
>RMA# must be clearly visible on the exterior of the box or carton.
>Products must be returned within 30 days from RMA issue date.
>Returns are for store credit only. No cash refunds. Store credit will be issued based on the invoice price at time of the purchase. A 15% repacking/restocking fee will be assessed.
>Items returned without approval and RMA# will not be accepted.
>All returns must be unused, complete without missing parts, and with original packaging.
Warranty Policy:
PLH will replace free of charge to the original purchaser only, any product that fails due to defect in material or workmanship for a time period of 90 days from date of purchase. PLH will have no obligation under this warranty for any damages caused by abuse, tampering, normal wear and tear, improper installation, shipping damage, accident or misuse.
PLH WILL NOT be held responsible for any labor, installation and/or replacement costs pursued by the purchaser or any third party. PLH will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of product(s) or from the product(s). PLH does not warrant that product(s) cannot be broken into.
